Trade Adjustment Assistance

If your firm has lost business to overseas competitors, you may be eligible for up to $75,000 in Federal matching funds from the Trade Adjustment Assistance program. You can get more information about this program from the Office of International Affairs.

If you have been forced to lay off workers as a result of foreign competition, the workers may be eligible for retraining assistance from the federal government. The Office of International Affairs can provide further information about these programs.

Sister Cities Program

Colorado Springs has Sister Cities programs with six cities around the world. Working with these programs is an excellent way to get involved in international affairs while helping Colorado Springs maintain its international reputation.
